VICHAR DHYAN by Manish Sai

There are 5 stages in Vichar dhyan and it is of 25 minutes. It is better to do this alone. This dhyan can be done in the morning or in the evening. This dhyan is the key to success for the children and the youth. By doing this dhyan, they can they reach the greatest heights in any field and lead a happy and safe life. This dhyan can be beneficial only if taught by a teacher of the ‘Sai-amrit’ method.

FIRST STAGE: TIME 5 MINUTES
Spread a mat on the floor and sit in the Padmasan posture. Calm your mind and close your eyes. Get ready for Bhramari Pranayam. Close both the ears with your index fingers. Keep your arms at shoulder level. Now inhale slowly. Fill your lungs with air as much as possible. Then hold your breath. Now exhale from your nose while making a sound of a bumble bee from your throat. Repeat this process many times. Continue to do this and do not stop in between. While doing this Pranayam, your focus should be on your throat. When you inhale, try to do Mool Bandh. Do this process 10 to 15 times.

SECOND STAGE: TIME 5 MINUTES
After doing Bhramari Pranayam, sit in Sukhasan and close your eyes. Try to think of those thoughts which fill your heart with negative feelings and make you speak lies. Think again and again. Continue to think till you realize what you have lost and what you have gained by these thoughts.
THIRD STAGE: TIME 3 MINUTES
Continue to sit in your place and try to think that now you want to speak the truth. Try again and again and realize what the truth is, and tell yourself that now you would always speak the truth. You will keep your thoughts clean and pure and will not allow negative thoughts to enter your mind. You will do everything with a positive mind. Once again try to experience the thoughts coming in your mind and reflect as to how many times you have used the positive power of your mind.
FOURTH STAGE: TIME 2 MINUTES
Now stand up in a relaxed posture. Try to do running on the spot. Gradually increase your speed. Try to lift up your knees as much as possible. Now stop suddenly and try to breathe in like an inverted eye dropper. It should be like breathing in from below and taking the breath to the Vishuddhi Chakra and again taking it back to the Swadhishthan Chakra which is the centre of energy.
FIFTH STAGE: TIME 10 MINUTES
Now sit down calmly and focus your attention at the Agya Chakra while listening to the Divya Dhwani. Try to analyze the thoughts coming in your mind. How many thoughts are good and how many are bad? Slowly, with regular practice, you will attain the awakened state of Vichar Dhyan.
